1. What KOJOH is

KOJOH sells practice datasets with project challenges for people building a career in data. Every dataset is synthetic: the companies, people, customers, transactions and figures in it are made up. Any resemblance to a real business or person is a coincidence. The datasets are for learning and portfolio work, not for business decisions.

2. Your account

• You need an account to buy or download a dataset. Give accurate details and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
• You must be 18 or older, or use KOJOH with the permission of a parent or guardian.
• One person per account. Accounts cannot be shared, sold or transferred.

3. Your licence

When you buy a dataset you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. Some datasets give you a personalised challenge pack; on lower tiers a pack may be shared with a small number of other buyers, as shown on the dataset page.

You may:

• Use the data for learning, practice, interviews and your portfolio.
• Publish your own work: code, notebooks, SQL, dashboards, charts, write-ups and findings, including on GitHub, LinkedIn, Kaggle or a personal site.
• Include a small sample of the data (up to 100 rows) to show what you worked with, with a link to KOJOH.

You may not:

• Upload, share, sell or give away the full data files, or your challenge pack, answer keys or documentation.
• Resell, sublicense or repackage a dataset, or use it to build a competing product.
• Present the data as real business data.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on each dataset page and are final at checkout. See Pricing.
• First purchase offer: where a dataset shows an MRP and an offer price, the offer price applies to your first paid dataset on KOJOH. Later datasets are charged at MRP. The amount you will pay is always shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• A dataset unlocks as soon as the payment is confirmed. Some datasets are free; some may be offered free or discounted for a limited time.
• Personalised packs are limited. Once a dataset's packs are claimed, later buyers may get the standard challenge or a copy of an existing pack, as described on the dataset page.

5. Refunds

Because datasets are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final. The exceptions are explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Challenges, leaderboard and submissions

If you submit work, post a suggestion or appear on the leaderboard, you allow us to show your display name, score and submission summary on KOJOH. You keep ownership of your work. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share, or anything unlawful or offensive.

7. Fair use of the site

• Do not try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security or payment of KOJOH.
• Do not try to access datasets you have not bought, or other users' accounts or data.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If you share paid files publicly we may revoke your licence without a refund.

8. No guarantees

We work hard to make the datasets accurate to their documentation and their challenges solvable, but KOJOH is provided "as is". We do not promise any job, interview, grade or business result. The site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about KOJOH is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Intellectual property

The datasets, challenges, documentation, design and brand of KOJOH belong to us. Apart from the licence in section 3, nothing in these terms gives you rights to them.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will show a notice on the site. The version that applies to a purchase is the one in force on the date you made it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Please write to us first; most problems are sorted out quickly by email.
