KOJOH sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped.
How you receive your purchase
- Your dataset unlocks immediately after your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds.
- Open the dataset page or Your purchases to download the files, read the documentation and start the challenge.
- Your licence code is shown on the dataset page and your files stay available in your account.
Delivery area
KOJOH is available online across India and anywhere else the site and Razorpay work. There are no delivery charges.
If it hasn't arrived
If your dataset hasn't unlocked within 1 hour of a successful payment, sign out and back in, then email kojohhi@yahoo.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We will unlock it or refund you as described in the Refund Policy.
